STAGE 4

THE UPWARD AND OUTWARD EXPANSION

In the previous stage we were more concerned about the stability and the overall state of the city.
After that was established we realized that an Airport was missing. As a result the next sensible place to build it was over the new part of the city. 

Since space was of the utmost importance we decided to design our Airport with the concept that many small countries around the world have done.
A "Multipurpose-Runway"; by doing so we could have the runway available for Airport operations when needed and available for simple traffic flow from one level to another which was managed by the Security Forces of the city.
We also got rid of the Crows Nest and in place of that we decided to have a church.
